Initially I wrote a bad review for this company because of some different trials that we had along the way, but they showed great integrity and resolved all of the issues. I am please with the results.

We have worked with Productive Builders on two major home renovation projects over the past several years, and I can confidently say that they have exceeded our expectations both times.

A few years ago, they completed a full renovation of our previous home, transforming it into a beautiful, functional space while maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout the process. When we purchased our new home and decided to undertake another significant renovation, there was no question about who we would call.

We worked with PBI and Kel to add a bathroom to our upstairs master. They were timely, had great communication, had fair pricing, and worked with us so we could complete some of the project ourselves to help with costs. Have used this firm for one enormous remodel on a 19th century home and a smaller remodel on a 1990s home- plus countless smaller projects. They are creative, practical, efficient, timely and cost effective. The workers are clean, polite, open to outside input and wonderful craftsmen- true artists when necessary. They stand behind their product- I have called them long after completion with concerns and they have repaired/rectified the problem in every case!
